Who is behind this site and these books?

This site, the books and the membership all run under one name: Gwen Price Golf.

What happens when I simply open a page here?

Nothing is asked of you. There's no account and no sign-up form on the site.

I use no advertising cookie, no tracking pixel, no Google or Facebook trackers and no analytics scripts.

Cloudflare hosts the pages. It handles your IP address to deliver and protect them.

What do you note when I use a link from a video or a QR code?

Links from my videos and QR codes (the /go/ links and “?src=” codes) leave a small note. It holds the time, the video or link you came from, the page it opened and your country.

It also holds a scrambled code made from your IP address. The IP address itself is never stored, and the code can't be turned back into it. That's how I learn which videos really help people.

One small cookie lasts 30 days. It only remembers which version of the book page you saw, so it looks the same if you come back. It's the only cookie this site sets. Hotmart's checkout has its own cookies, under Hotmart's policy.

What happens to my details when I buy a book?

Hotmart runs the secure checkout. It collects your name, email, billing and payment details. I never see your card number.

Hotmart tells me your email, what you bought, the price, your country and which video or link brought you.

For book orders I keep a scrambled version of your email, not the email itself.

What do you keep if I join Gwen Price Golf Membership?

Hotmart passes me your name, email, country and time zone. It also passes your membership status and dates, and which video or link you came from.

I keep these so I can send your letters. My letters tell me if they were delivered and which links in them were clicked.

What if I start paying and stop halfway?

If you start a checkout and don't finish, or the payment doesn't go through, Hotmart may pass me your name and email.

I may then send up to two emails to remind you. One click stops them. If you've already bought, no reminder comes.

What happens to a letter I send you?

When you reply to a letter or write to me, I keep your message and your email so I can answer.

The full raw copy of the email is deleted after 90 days. The text of your message stays, so we can carry on the conversation.

Does a computer help write the replies?

Sometimes, yes. An AI writing assistant may help draft my replies, so you hear back sooner. Your message is used only for that.

What do you use my details for?

To deliver your books and letters. To answer your questions. To process refunds. To see which videos help people.

And now and then, to tell you about other books from Gwen Price Golf. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

Will my details be sold or passed on for ads?

No. I never sell or rent your personal information. I never share it for advertising either.

Which other services handle my details?

Three helpers, each with its own privacy policy.

Hotmart handles payments, book delivery and membership billing. Resend sends my emails. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores my data and receives email sent to me.

How do I stop emails or see what you hold on me?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Or just reply with the word “unsubscribe”.

Wherever you live in the US, California included, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to business@gwengolf.com and I'll answer within 30 days.

Hotmart keeps its own purchase records, as the law requires.

How long do you hold on to my details?

Membership details: while you're a member, and until you ask me to delete them.

If you unsubscribe, I keep only a scrambled “do not email” note, so you're never emailed again. Order records stay as long as the law requires.

Is any of this meant for children?

No. The books and membership are for adults. I don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

What if this page changes?

I'll update this page and its “Last updated” date.
